1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Avazov IELTS (avazovielts.uz), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Accounts
One account per person. Sign in with your own Google (or Telegram, where offered) account.
You are responsible for what happens on your account. Don't share credentials or let others use your session.
Keep it honest: don't impersonate others, and don't use a name or photo you have no right to use.
We may add or change sign-in methods (for example moving between Google and Telegram flows) as the platform grows.
3. Acceptable use
Don't:
Attempt to access other users' data, admin areas, or internal APIs.
Scrape, bulk-download, or resell platform content (tests, questions, vocabulary, audio).
Automate the site with bots or scripts outside normal browser use, or bypass rate limits.
Upload unlawful or offensive content (profile photos, usernames, submissions).
Abuse support channels or spam other students.
Free plan limits (for example, a daily cap on AI writing checks and vocab sessions) are part of the service. Don't try to circumvent them with multiple accounts.
4. Content & materials
The tests, questions, vocabulary sets, audio, and design of the platform belong to Avazov IELTS or its licensors and are provided for your personal study only. Your own submissions (essays, recordings) stay yours - we only process and store them to give you feedback and progress history.
5. Premium access
Premium costs 49,000 UZS per month and is purchased manually via Telegram (see the pricing page). Access is unlocked on your account after payment confirmation, usually the same day. Premium is month-to-month: it stays active until the paid period ends, and simply not renewing cancels it. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
6. Practice scores
Scores, band estimates, and AI feedback are practice signals to guide your study. They are not official IELTS scores and are not affiliated with IELTS™, IDP, British Council, or Cambridge. For a final estimate, take an official mock at a test centre.
7. AI feedback
AI features can make mistakes - treat feedback as guidance, not gospel. Don't rely on it as the only measure of readiness. See the Privacy Policy for how submissions are processed.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Planned maintenance is announced where practical.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms - for example, account sharing, scraping, or abuse - after warning where reasonable. You can stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy for what gets deleted).
10. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avazov IELTS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, lost study time, missed exam dates, or data loss) arising from your use of the platform.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms describe how we operate, but they are not legal advice. For a specific legal requirement, get proper legal counsel.

4. Kontent va materiallar
Platformadagi testlar, savollar, vocab toʻplamlari, audio va dizayn Avazov IELTS ga yoki litsenziatorlariga tegishli va faqat shaxsiy oʻqish uchun taqdim etiladi. 5. Premium kirish
